All services provided by FixAndFlowAI are consulting-based and involve time, analysis, and professional judgment.
For this reason, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Diagnosis Service
The AI workflow diagnosis is a structured review of the materials provided by the client.
Once the review process has started, the service is considered delivered in principle, and no refunds are issued.
3. Before Work Begins
If a payment has been made but the review has not yet started, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Clarifications
If any part of the diagnosis is unclear, reasonable follow-up clarification may be provided to ensure the results are understandable and actionable.
