1. Scope of Services
FixAndFlowAI provides AI workflow diagnosis and related consulting services.
The diagnosis consists of a structured review of the client’s submitted materials, including identification of likely weak points, explanation of underlying issues, and recommended next steps.
The diagnosis does not include implementation unless explicitly agreed separately.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and relevant information about their workflow, including prompts, outputs, tools, or other materials required for analysis.
The quality of the diagnosis depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information provided.
3. Payment Terms
No services are provided until payment has been received.
Payment may be requested as:

full upfront payment, or
-
a deposit (typically 50%), with the remaining balance due before delivery
The exact payment structure will be confirmed prior to starting the work.
4. Delivery
The diagnosis is typically delivered within 1–3 business days after payment and receipt of all required materials, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Nature of Service
The diagnosis is a consulting service based on analysis and professional judgment.
It does not guarantee specific outcomes, system performance, or business results.
AI workflows are complex systems, and additional adjustments or iterations may be required after initial improvements.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of consulting services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If clarification is needed, reasonable follow-up explanations may be provided.
7. Limitation of Liability
FixAndFlowAI is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or implementation of the diagnosis or recommendations.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
9. Modifications
FixAndFlowAI reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of service agreement.
